Summary: Pretty good place to stay, close to major roads. The carpets could use a good cleaning though.

Summary: Everything was good with the exception of two things. The first was that one day my bath towels were all taken away and not restocked. Luckily I was able make do with the smaller hand towels to get by that morning and the next day everything was back. The second issue was that when I got back one day the room was warm and the air conditioner made a horribly loud noise when trying to start. I told the front desk the next morning and said they could go in anytime during the day. When I got back it didn’t look like it had been touched and when I turned it on it again made a horrible noise.

Summary: Excellent! We didn’t want to stay in downtown & this hotel was perfect! It’s just like it is in the pictures. Very beautiful, clean, and quiet. There’s a supermarket across the street which was very convenient and no additional parking fee for our rental car. There is two restaurants onsite. Bus stop is right there as well making it super easy to get to the sea bus terminal. I would stay here again!

Summary: Great hotel to stay at when going on a cruise. Close to the port and wonderful price compared to the downtown Vancouver hotels. Only drawback is takes a little extra time to get a Uber due to it’s location.

Summary: Only issue was online checkout. Didn’t work at all. When we phoned for help we got somebody trying to sell us another stay. Useless
